Hello fellow smokers, I am new to smoking meat and would love learn tips, tricks, recipes and anything else to get a good swing on this lifestyle. I am from Cape Coral, Florida and just purchased a new Brinkmann Trailmaster LE to start my journey with. So far I have tried a rack of ribs and quarter chicken legs on it. Ribs came out ok, chicken was good but seemed to take forever, but like I said, I am here to learn and help out also. Looking forward to meeting new friends and teachers on here.
