Hello from Canada

Hey guys!  AL-K-Smoker here, new smoker to SMF but not entirely new to smoking but a virgin to watt burning. Heralding from Toronto, Canada. just got my new smoker on Monday a mes 40 gen 2.5 bluetooth but already have a 4lb pork loin , 4lb pork shoulder and 2 racks of ribs under my belt with the new toy. Just waiting for an igrill2 with 4 probes included and a amnps bundle with 4x2lbs bags of pellets to arrive in the coming weeks. Looking forward to learning more from you guys and upping my smoking game. really great community you guys have here. keep up the smoking!!
