Hello from California

Hi,
Just bought my first smoker - Masterbuilt Electric 40" Stainless with the glass Window.

Just put on some baby Back ribs a couple of hours ago and the aroma is heavenly.

Lets see how this all turns out. Trying to get a 'lot' of practice before Memorial Day weekend.
