My name is Bruce and I'm 51 years old. I live in Murrieta, California and I am an avid backyard BBQ enthusiast. My wife recently gave me a WSM 22" as a gift. I was used to smoking on a horizontal barrel grill with firebox. After using my WSM a few times, I must admit I'm happy with the temperature stability.
