Hello all, from Broken Arrow, OK just outside of wonderful Tulsa, OK. I have been an on-again, off-again smoker (both food and cigs) for quite some time. I started with doing it on the good ol' Weber grill and than moved to a stick burner. Upon moving I started using a little bullet shaped electric smoker, which I still have, but haven't used in years. I than bought a Hasty-Bake a few years back, which I loved, but just recently got a Yoder Smokers YS-640 pellet smoker which I used for the first time last weekend to smoke some Chicken Thighs, sausage, pork butt, ribs, and meatloaf. So far I love this smoker. I still have the Hasty-Bake until the guy I sold it to at church comes an gets it. I would say the Hasty and this are by far the two best I have used. Looking forward to talking with you all and trading pictures of the rigs, learning from you all, and of course trading BBQ porn. Looking forward to meeting you all.

Finally, a shout out to a man who has cost me a ton of money, Rob Green of SmokingPit.com, who ruined my pocketbook by forcing me, at gun point no less, to buy this Yoder. He also mentioned in his videos this forum, which is how I got here. Thanks Rob.
