My names Kyle. From Bardstown, KY, the bourbon capital of the world. I've been grilling since a teenager but only got into smoking about 6 years ago. I started in a weber 22in kettle for the first year and then ungraded to the WSM. If you can't tell I like weber. I have 4 of them. Now I am starting a build of my first custom smoker. Wish me luck.

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a soggy and drying out day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Welcome to the board, Kyle! I like the comment I heard, that the intentions of Civil War campaigns in Kentucky make no sense until you overlay a map of the distillery locations.

I guess you'll be sending out Bourbon samples
