Just wanted to drop in here to roll call and say hi and intriduce myself. My name is Andy, I am from Boise Idaho. I like hunting, fishing, camping, kayaking and spending time with my family. I also love good BBQ. I grew up in Richmond Virginia eating really good pulled pork, but since I have moved to Boise pulled pork usually consists of some pork bathed in BBQ sauce. Not my idea of pulled pork at all. So I bought a Masterbuilt 7-n-1 smoker last year from Cabelas when it was on sale and have been smoking ever since. I have done pulled pork, tri tips and jerky, and all have been loved by my family. Must be doing something right. I happened across the forum looking for recipes and found this meccca of BBQ. I am amazed at the wealth of information this place has and how genuinely willing to help members here are. I am going to enjoy getting to know you guys and learn from you all as well, thanks! I am going to be making some fatties tonight and some of Dutch's country gravy with some homemade KFC biscuits in the morning for my fiancee for a day after her birthday breakfast. I ill post up some Queview since I know how much people like that. Thanks again everyone and look forward to talking to you all some more.
