I excited to find this site. I'm always looking for something new to try and to improve on what I'm doing.

I use a 3/16 thick, horizontal, pipe type smoker. Approximately, 18" diameter and 30" long with a fire box. Same diameter and 18" long. It was made in Uvalde, Texas. My wife bought it for me for Valentines Day, about 8 years ago.

I look forward to learning new recipes and techniques and meeting some new friends.
