Hello everyone I Finally got my first legit smoker as an early Christmas gift. There are so many things I want to smoke idk where to start? I'm sure glad I found this forum...

Welcome to the forum, the search bar at the top of the page can be your best friend.  Have a problem or a question search it there.  Now for your question, if it were me and I was going to smoke something for the first time, I'd smoke a pork butt.  A butt is probably the most forgiving piece of meat to smoke.  Watch your internal temps and pull when it reaches 203-205 wrap it in foil and let it rest for an hour or so then pull it.
