Hello From Atlanta, GA.

  1. Hello everyone. My name is Anthony. I'm extremely new to both grilling and smoking meat. I have a Weber 22.5 inch grill as well as a 22.5 WSM smoker that I have been using for the past 2 months. I'm getting the basics of grilling hamburgers that aren't burnt and fish that tastes done. I have ventured into smoking ribs, a whole chicken and a few Boston Butts, mostly from recipes on forums like this one. I read a few forum posts from a Google search and decided to join. I look forward to learning from the seasoned vets here.
