I have grilled most of my 67 years and I want to start trying my hand with a smoker.  So I have replaced my grill will a Camp Chef 24" Smoke Vault.

First try was unsatisfactory baby backs, so I came here for help.  I just need to figure out where to post my question and I'll be off and running.

Please not in the thread title that all Texans (born and raised) do not say "Howdy" or "Hi, Y'all," but that's what we mean.

Welcome from SC. this is a great site with lots of really good folks who are always eager to share their ideas and tips. All you have to do is ask and keep reading. If you have a specific question, go to the search bar at the top of the page.

Good luck and keep on smokin', Joe

Welcome to the site.  You've found a great place for helpful peep's.  Just ask whatever you need to know.

There are specific pages for most meat groups, (as well as other foods),  and I would post specific questions in whatever page is appropriate for what you are trying to smoke.
