Hello my name is Zach, I'm currently living in Arizona but originally from Missouri. I grew up using a BBQ and a Smoker since I was old enough to see into it. I don't currently have a smoker, but am looking to possibly build one that will burn wood, or buy a good one if I run across it. I guess you could say that I'm past Just Learning, but not quite to the Professional Pitmaster yet. Maybe someday...

First off welcome Zach to SMF. It sounds like you are well on your way to be an outstanding new member of this fine site. You'll like it here cause there are abunch of good folks here that would just love to help you out with just about anything to do with smoking. We really like to have newbies here because they can bring in a new propective to how things are done. There's nothing like a new set of eyes to give and new way to make things that little differant to make things alittle better. So I hope you know about the Qview here.

It's also free and it will give you the basics of smoking. So after all of that you just need to go grab something to smoke and if you have any question just post them here and we will answer it quickly so you don't have any mishaps with your smoke.

Yuma isn't my favorite by any means P4B, but work dictates that I am here, plus the inlaws are here, so that's a plus. And T.D. I have eaten at Chili Peppers, it's not to bad. I am a bigger fan of home cooked mexican foods personally. Especially goat. I might try and smoke some goat meat once I get set up now that I think of it...

I smoked a goat once. It had 4 wheels instead of 4 legs though. That was a lifetime ago in my much younger days.
