I am taow (rhymes with cow), I'm from Prescott, Arizona and have been smokin for about 4 years on an $80 CharBroil smoker. (yes, I have learned the hard way). Anyway, I just bought a new home and getting the plans together to build a brick smoker/fire pit in the backyard. I have tried searching a variety of forums for specific answers/advice to this particular build, but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, so here I am. Thank you in advance for any advice/feedback on my questions.
