Hi all. I found these forums when I was looking for info on smoking. I just bought the Kenmore Gas smoker from Sears today. It is assembled and in the seasoning process as I type. I had been thinking about getting a smoker for a long time so am really looking forward to what I hope will be some very tasty meals! One of my favorites is baby back ribs, so I think I'm going to give them a try tomorrow. I read through the thread on the 3-2-1 method, so am probably going to try that process. Any other ideas? Any particular advice for a newbie? I've already signed up for smoking basics course. Am really looking forward to reading through some of the threads on here.
