Hi, all.

I'm new here and decided to sign up instead of just lurk in the forum.  My outdoor cooking appliances at home are currently limited to a natural gas fired Weber Genesis grill and a Chargriller AKORN kamado cooker.  I can do a good job with either of them and am here looking for tips and techniques to continually improve my outdoor cooked product.

I wish everyone a safe and Merry Christmas.

Gary,

Thanks for the welcome.  I'll get into the forums at length after a while.  It's a nice morning here.  15°F outside. Planning on cooking a strip steak this evening over charcoal.
