Hi Everyone!  I'm about to head into my 2nd full year of smoking. I started with a vertical Masterbuilt 7-In-1, which I still use for small smokes, and mid-Summer I added a Brinkman Smoke'N Pit w/ offset firebox for large smokes. I'm admittedly still learning the basics, such as heat regulation (GRRR!!!), and am fooling around w/ various woods & prep methods. I've signed up for Jeff's eCourse, and appreciate the helpful info he's passed along thus far. Right now, I'm focusing on pork spareribs, and different cuts of chicken, just trying to find what My Peeps & I enjoy most. I do hope to absolutely nail a beef brisket by late Spring-early Summer '12,... Once the weather gets warms up here, I smoke every Sunday, so I think I may have a shot ;)  Looking forward to learning from Jeff & all of you here in the forums!
