Hello from Belton, Missouri... I am David, I am a Meat cutter by trade, my smoking pride and joy is a Char-Griller Duo. I have had it for about 10 years. Recently the rust has consumed the gas side of the grill. Almost at an impasse as to what to do, replace the whole thing or rebuild. I chose to rebuild, the charcoal (smoker) side was in great shape even though I used it at least three time as much. I will post my story later, glad to be here and see many interested in the cooking of quality foods. Thanks
