Hello from a new guy!

    Hi everyone!  New guy here from Central PA, half hour from Penn State.  Looking forward to learning a ton here!  I have a home made smoker, it's a food grade 55 gallon drum with a basket at the bottom, temp gauge, rack for items and lid with stack.  Used it a few times with great results.

    I'll see what I can do!  I'm on the mend from a knee scoping but once I'm back to 100 I'll dig it out of the shed, clean it up and give you the pics.
