Hello from a Canadian in California

Hello everyone, My name is Fred.  looking like a great place to hang out and learn my latest hobby.  Always wanted to have a smoker and finally pulled the trigger and got a Masterbuilt, did a fair bit of research and opted for this Masterbuilt,  As I write this ,am going through the 4 hour pre-seasoning procedure.  Moved to Fremont California 3 years ago from Ontario Canada, and have 2 more years to go before returning, so i will hopefully master my smokes to show off and impress everyone when i go home.  Thanks to everyone in advance for any help I may inquire about.
