Evening gang!   My name is Jo and live in Amelia Va.  Have owned several smokers over the years," Brinkmans" Decided to move up to a Highlander Charcoal Smoker with firebox!  Always been fond of charcoal and wood!  Not so new the the smoking process but will take a while to get the hang of the firebox and dampers. Will appreciate all the thoughts, suggestions as I dive in!  Will be smoking beef, pork and wild game!  Looking forward to learning the how too's from you guys/gals!   Joe
