hello fellow smokers

  1. Just sayin hey, I'm from North Carolina, been smokin and grillin for most of my adult life, I'm 42, just turned it. I smoke on a cheap lil Brinkman for now but I'm looking to upgrade, I have a very small very new catering business just starting up so I'll have to step up my equipment. Hopefully I'll get some good reviews on you guys pits and better educate myself on what to Upgrade to.

    I use a WSM, but I would assume catering would need a more cooking surface area.  Best of luck.
