    I have a hole hog just wondering if anyone has done any cold smoking curing and or spices they like best

    qball, take a minute to search through all the sub forums. There are sections dedicated to pork smoking and sections dedicated to curing and cold smoking. I'm sure you will find the info you need. If not, you can post a question in one of the specific forums and you will get some good responses. Good luck.
