Hello my name is Jeff and I'm from Northwest Ohio. I have been smoking for over a year with a 2 door charcoal Brinkman smoker. I got the urge to smoke after running across this forum. I have been reading and soaking in the great information for over a year, I have learned much about the ins and outs of the art of smoking. I have smoked pork ribs, pork butts, brisket, turkey breasts, chicken, sausages, beef snack sticks, ABT's and Canadian bacon. All after reading how to on this forum. All have turned out unbelievable per family and friends.I am planning to smoke a whole Thanksgiving Turkey this year. I finally figured I should join and thank all for their information.

I am sure I have only scratched the info available here.

Again Thanks

Welcome aboard Jeff! This is the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc. There are lots of friendly and knowledgeable folks here who genuinely enjoy helping one another. Looking forward to your input, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
