Hello!!!! I have been grilling my whole adult life. never do to much as a kid because my dad wasn't around. But I can say withn the last few years Ive really gotten into it. I now do catering around the county. Its something I love to do and will keep doing it. I dont plan on going into business but anything could happen. I currently own a 500 gallon 3/8 thick smoker that is for sale ( I dont use anymore since I got the new one) and a big box smoker on trailer with warmer box and charcoal grill also. I was born and raised in Central Florida I currently reside in Frostproof,FL . I know nothing better but the Florida way. I learn somehting new everyday about bbqing. I am here in the next week plan on smoking a whole hog and some pork butts for tamales that my mother in law makes. well I think that is enough time for me to browse around on the website! smoke up!!!!
