Hello fellow smokers! Chef Jason Michael

  1. I wish I had found this forum sooner. Hello all! I am an addict, I am addicted to smoking. I smoke anything I can seem to get my hands on that will be unique. I also create custom smoked products as well as cold smoking items for customers.
    I live in Las Vegas , Nv and have my own website and professional Chef services/ catering business.
    I am still a newer business with a passion and eagerness to be the best. I have smoked something as simple as water, to much more delicate items.That doesn't seem practical does it? Just think about that for a minute. So simple so effective. Why smoke water that's a thread all in itself!
    I use these smokers at my business and I love them. Small mobile easy to fix and use. You can hot smoke and cold smoke with them! .

  7. Thanks all for the kind words and Smokin' J is gonna show you some pictures of the kinda thinks I have fun smoking. Maybe even a few recipes i have created. I have been a chef for 15 years and am creative and well versed when it comes to smoking and forcemeat. Hot cold, water smoker 3-2-1 method for bologna ect., if you have any questions or are in the Las Vegas area and just want a hand smoking or just want to hang out and smoke, I'm you huckleberry.     One more thing, the answer is to what is more delicate than water? Although lettuce was a good answer, is milk. I have smoked milk before separating the curd from whey and had good results. Don't worry I'm not weird, just may have smoked some things I shouldn't have! Rotfl. Ciao
