Hello from Amarillo, TX, I'm new to the site and only have a few years under my belt when it comes to the low and slow BBQ goes. Huge fan of it though and always striving to improve my techniques. Still haven't come even close to perfecting my brisket yet. Baby backs, pork shoulder, wings, prime rib and chicken? Yes, always get praise on those but that dang brisket eludes me. haha. Stoked I found this site though. So far its been a wealth of tips and techniques.
