Real name: Mike I found this site through a duck hunting website, and it looks like just what I need to improve my smoking. I have been smoking for about a year, so I'm a beginner. Pork ribs, pork tenderloin, salmon, northern pike, turkey, chicken, goose/pork sausage, whole ducks...I believe that is all I have smoked up to this point. I have done baby back ribs approximately 25 times so far, so that is what I have the most experience in. I use an electric Masterbuilt Smoker. I look forward to learning from you people, it seems like there is a wealth of information on this board.
