Hello,
I'm Casey and I'm just gettin started learning how to use a smoker. I was born and raised in Arizona. I have the Chargriller combo with a side fire box. I love huntin and fishin and am anxious to learn to smoke our wild game.

First off welcome to SMF. You'll like it here there are alot of good people here that just love to help you with just about anything. Like piney said you should try that 5-day e-course it will teach you alot to get started with.

Thanks for the warm welcome everybody. I signed up for the 5 day e-course and I will be doin my first smoke this weekend. I'm gonna start off with some pork ribs and some veggies. Hopefully all will go well. Thanks again for the great intro to the boards.
