Hello SMF Members,

I'm Ryan, I'm 32, and live in NE Illinois. I work at a shop that repairs industrial electric motors and controls from fractional to 1,000 hp. My skilset involves welding, fabrication, machining, and mechanical repair.  

I am a novice in the smoking meat world and am undeway in my fridge build, pictures and such coming soon.
