Hello everyone

i live in coal country Pa. used to help butcher in my younger days . process my own wild game ,sometimes buy a pig on the hoof . been looking on here for a while lots of good ideas and advice . will build a smoker one day for now use old gas grill gutted with amazin smoke box and pellets had some cheese turn out well thanks to help from here.looking forward to trying other things at camper this coming season
