Hello Everyone!!!

  1. Hi, I just joined the SMF, just bought my electric Masterbuilt yesterday, seasoned today, and about ready to take my 1st pork loin off of it.  Hopefully it will be moist & tender.  I am from central Iowa, married and farm and work at a rock quarry.
