Hello everybody,

I'm Knakker, live in the Netherlands, 35 years old. I am addicted to grilling/bbq-ing/smoking for about 5 years now. Recently i built a UDS and i'm loving it. My next project will be a 16" offsetsmoker, if i can find the time.

I really enjoy browsing the web/forums for foodpron, diy projects and recipes. I hope i came to the right place.
