Howdy everyone,

I guess I would be the new guy here. Not new at smoking meats, but I still learn something every cook. I dont think I will ever be perfect at it......lol

I got a assortment of cookers and I dont really favor one over the other, I think they all have there place. However do to usually cold nature of the North Central PA winter weather, the BGE seems to be about all I use in the winter months battling the cold.

I currently own a XL BGE, GMG Daniel Boone, Webber 22.5 Kettle, WSM, MES 30 (on loan to a friend) and UDS. I do plan on getting a Pit Barrel Cooker come spring. My UDS is not in the best of shape anymore.

Anyway, glad to be here, seems like a great bunch of folks.

See you around the forums.

You seem to have the smoker angle covered.  Welcome to the forum.  The space bar at the top of the page is a great resource here.  Have a question/problem simply search for the answer there.
