Hello to all. I'm new to the forums and I live in Southeastern North Carolina.  I have been trying to decide which smoker to purchase and I think I would like an electric.  I have been cruising the forum trying to decide.  I have also signed up for the 5 day ecourse.  Hope everyone has a great Memorial Day.

The 2 electrics I have been researching lately are the Smokin-It and the Iron Chef Kitchen Smoker, hope this gives you a couple others to consider.

I too am looking for a watt burner,as Trish says I can't do the Cold Winter thing anymore...

So it's to back to looking. I have found the MB40SS is a great , fairly inexpensive Smoker and intend trying it this Winter, will save a case of Pneumonia for me...
