I just found this site today by accident and immediately signed up.
Been on for a couple hours now and have already learned new things, thanks!
I live in Brighton Colorado and have been grilling for as long as I can remember. I started smoking a little over 3 years ago because I was bored with grilling and have never looked back. We smoke something at least twice a week (wife gets tired of it sometimes) but my daughter Izz and I just love it.
Our favorites lately have been Turkeys, Chickens, Ribs and Pork Butts.
As soon as I figure this qview and avatar thing out I will post pics.
I don't have a true smoker per se, but have been using my Webers, 22" and 26.75" using indirect heat and large water pan. Works pretty damn good though! I also have a 38" Kirkland 3 burner gas grill w/ rotissory and a homemade 52" barrell grill (converted boiler) that I want to add a firebox to for smoking.
Just wanted to introduce myself and I look forward to learning and sharing!
