To start I'm pretty new at smoking and have been successful at a few things I have tried the smoker I mainly use is a Brinkman trail master I got as a house warming gift at the beginning of the year I'm still trying to figure it out I also have another Brinkman upright smoker that I bought last year and have smoked a couple of turkeys and a ham on it but I'm excited to learn more about my bigger smoker and trying to make my own jerky and some other things like pulled pork or even trying to make my own bacon one day so any recipes and advice or tips on getting started will be greatly appreciated
