Hello everybody

65 yr old retired and enjoying Florida.Have a Weber Genisis grill that i love but like smoked meat .I never watch QVC but the wife had it on and they had a Masterbuilt30 inch digital with everything for a decent price so i said sure.Just got it and put it together it seems great.Can't wait to learn tips from all of you and share what i learn both good and bad
