We are looking forward to contributing to this wonderful forum!

A little about us..... We are Pitmaster Q3 and produce wood pellet grills that are now available for sale. Some of you might recognize the face of our grills, Mr. Myron Mixon! We are here to be involved and less about promotion of our own products. While we will have our products in our signature, we won't be spamming this community with advertising. Happy humpday to everyone and look forward to chatting with you all.

Hi PitmasterQ3-glad to have you along and look forward to your contributions to SMF.

Enjoy the Smoke!

Hello PitmasterQ3, and welcome to SMF!  I cook on a pellet burner myself, so I'll be looking forward to your input around here.

I bought one of your grills at sears. So far (< > 2 months) have been very satisfied. The only disappointment has been my rub recipe on baby backs. The 13# packer brisket (from HEBs) I did for 20 hours had perfect smoke ring (first 5 hrs on smoke) and tenderness (next 14 hrs at 210 degrees, last hr at 230) was wonderful. Sliced meat pulled apart easily and held it's firmness. My family raved about how great it was. I took the credit, but it was the grill that did all the work. I used B&B mesquite pellets I purchased at Academy for $11+ for 20# bag.
