I live in Edmonton, Alberta Canada.
After watching shows on TV about you American's and your BBQ Cook-Offs and smoke house restaurants (which I have never experienced) it piss's me off, cause all we've got up here isTony Roma's which if you don't know, its like McDonald's only they make ribs. So I am sure, I am in to learn a few things.
As for equipment, since I process my own deer, I've aquired an Omcan grinder, slicer, sausage stuffer and Bradley smoker.
