Hello all. My name is Ian. I am a 27 year old aircraft mechanic stationed in Abilene Texas. I am originally from Pittsburgh so GO Steelers. I recently bought a smoker because I bought a brisket and wanted to smoke it. So I found a Cajun Injector electric smoker on Craigslist for a good price for my first one and tried my hand at the brisket. With some advice from you all it turned out amazing so thanks. Now I am about to do some Center cut back beef ribs so any input on marinades and cooks that would be great. Thanks again!!
