Happy to be a part of this great informative group. I live in Washington state and enjoy the great outdoors, three years ago I thought about making all my own summer sausage, and pepperoni so I bought a master-built 40 . I've had a few great years smoking brisket ribs butts etc. but that sucker gave up the ghost. I'm also using a WSM 22.5 but ready to move up to a cookshack or smokin it. Happy smokin.
