Hello all!

  1. I'm a chef and just got an electric char-broil with the smart chef as an early fathers day present. I've smoked at work on a much larger scale on industrial equipment. I'm sure there will be a learning curve while I get used to doing this at home. Any advice I can get would be appreciated.
