I am located in Rosepine Louisiana. I'm finding a little extra time and would like to build a smoke house out of cedar or any other preferred woods.
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated since I will be starting from scratch.

Welcome from SC. I don't know anything about smoke hoses, but it's really good to have you here on this great site. Some smoke house guys will surely be along soon to give you some help.
