Hello all!

  1. Newcomer from Lafayette Louisiana. I've worked in restaurants for nearly a decade so while I'm not new to cooking I only recently started smoking. right now I'm using a cheapo charcoal grill but I picked up a 50 gal drum yesterday and I'll start my UDS build soon!

    Welcome to the forum. I'm an ex-pat from New Iberia. Many a crawfish was eaten at the Boiling Point off 90. Sure miss the food from down there and all the wonderful people.
