Hello everyone. My name is Luke. I'm from Alaska. I'm a kitchen manager at a local restaurant by day and when I'm not working I like to work on my grilling and smoking. Just did a bunch of smoked salmon for my sister-in-law. Going to try smoking some jerky this weekend. Any tips or advice please let me know. Thank you!
