My name is Shane and I am new to smoking! Right now I am making due with my gas grill but will be getting weber smokey mountain smoker in a couple weeks (my birthday is May 15th) I got into smoking because I want a good brisket and out here in California it's hard to come by! We do have tons of great tri-tip!
