HI everyone. I am from Louisville, Ky. I got into smoking about 5 years ago. It started off as a hobby and has became very addictive. I started off by off setting in my grill and have now messed around and built 4 small smokers out of junk parts I could find. For Christmas my wife bought me a Smoke Hollow 44"Pro Series and I am getting ready to try it. I am here for advice and knowledge.

Hi, Big Woot. I lived in Louisville for about 13 years before moving up north. Used to like Valu Market for meats, especially after Winn Dixie and Buehler's were gone.

Welcome to the forum! Lucky you, you've found the best smoking site anywhere! It is addictive and we're all addicts here. So post pics because we can't get enough of this stuff! If you have any ?s post them and someone will be along to help you. Happy smokin', David.

I buy all my meat from Valu Market. They have the best in town.
