Hello to everyone. My name is Matt and I'm from Woodstock, Ontario. I'm a newbie when it comes to smoking meat. I had a friend lend me his BGE for a month or so and cooked some ribs, chops and sausages. I just got an amazing deal on a WSM after searching for quite some time. I plan on doing ribs and a butt this weekend accompanied by lots of sun and even more beer. I loved this forum so much I had to join.
