My name is Rob. I live in south Jersey and have been smoking for a couple of years now. I am currently using a MES 40 which was a gift from my family. I guess it's the gift that keeps on giving. I have enjoyed reading the many recipes and have started a my own notebook of the various methods that you all have suggested. Still trying to master the old temp and times of the various cooks.
