    Just came across this site i belong to a few others .Always looking to learn more. I have a Kamadi joe classic and big easy as well as Weber Grill kettle. Im from Long Island NY, Ret from NYPD Emergency Servicee  Div . Ill be  cooking a turkey smoked This week  in prep for thanksgiving.Looking for some ideas.and maybe contribute

Hello jerr7 and welcome to the fun.  Many good folk here with a load of experience that they are more than willing to share.  If you have specific questions just start a thread and someone with experience will be along soon to offer advice.  All info you can provide us with such as smoker type, location and so on will help us answer any questions you may have.  Spend some time doing some research on the forums, tons of advice and recipes already available there.  We look forward to your contributions.  Have fun.  Good luck.  Keep Smokin!

    Thanks KC have a Kamado Joe Classic and weber Kettle grill as well as Master Built Big Easy.cooking for many years. im 71 so done alot ways lol, But always want to learn  from others and their take on foods
