Just came across this site i belong to a few others .Always looking to learn more. I have a Kamadi joe classic and big easy as well as Weber Grill kettle. Im from Long Island NY, Ret from NYPD Emergency Servicee  Div . Ill be  cooking a turkey smoked This week  in prep for thanksgiving.Looking for some ideas.and maybe contribute

Thanks KC have a Kamado Joe Classic and weber Kettle grill as well as Master Built Big Easy.cooking for many years. im 71 so done alot ways lol, But always want to learn  from others and their take on foods
